Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional HR Manager to lead the complete HR function within an exclusive boutique hotel or palace environment . The ideal candidate will have strong strategic HR expertise and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, VIP service culture, discretion, and confidentiality .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with the property's luxury positioning and service standards.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the General Manager and Owner Representative.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational structure, manpower budgeting, and resource planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments while ensuring candidates meet luxury and VIP service standards.
• Develop structured onboarding programs focused on discretion, etiquette, grooming, and service excellence.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and high-touch positions including Butler Services, Guest Relations, and Security .
• Design and implement luxury hospitality training and employee development programs.
• Manage succession planning and high-potential talent development.
• Implement and manage performance management systems across departments.
• Coach department heads on performance evaluation, employee feedback, and development.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, internal HR policies, and hospitality regulations .
• Oversee payroll coordination, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Maintain confidential and secure employee records in accordance with privacy requirements.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and workplace culture.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead HR support during audits, inspections, VIP events, and special occasions.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling VIP and sensitive organizational information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management , or a related field.
• Master's degree ( MBA or equivalent ) in Hospitality or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience , preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in a senior HR management role within a boutique hotel, palace, luxury hotel, or VIP hospitality environment .
• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality culture and high-touch guest service environments.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong executive presence and ability to work effectively with senior leadership and VIP stakeholders.
