👉 The Role

You'll own the entire HR function. That means strategy and execution — both. You'll work directly with senior leadership, and your work will have a direct impact on how a multi-outlet healthcare business scales its people over the next three to five years.

Your core responsibilities:

Full-Spectrum HR Operations Payroll, employment law, Employment Act 1955 compliance, contracts, HRDF, PCB — you know the technical side cold and you keep it clean.

Recruitment & Retention End-to-end hiring across clinical and non-clinical roles. You think beyond job posts — you build pipelines and you keep good people once they're in.

University & Campus Engagement This is a significant part of the role. You'll build and own our relationships with universities, drive internship programs, and develop a structured early-career pipeline into the business. If you've done campus recruitment and genuinely enjoy it, this is for you.

Culture Stewardship We have a culture worth protecting — grounded, hardworking, and unpretentious with a strong business ethos shaped by experienced advisors. Your job is to understand it, reinforce it, and build on it. Not redesign it.

People & IR Management You handle underperformance, disciplinary processes, and difficult staff situations directly. You're familiar with Industrial Relations procedures and you don't escalate everything upward.

• You've run HR in a lean, multi-site, or high-growth environment
• You're hands-on by nature but know when to zoom out and think strategically
• You're energetic, direct, and low-drama
• You enjoy building things — processes, relationships, programs — from near-scratch
• You're comfortable with senior advisors and can hold your ground respectfully
• You have solid working knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR compliance
