Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce and organizational needs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Drive recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Support organizational effectiveness and people strategy implementation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
- Strong background in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
