Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the mall, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, labor relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role serves as a strategic business partner to management in achieving organizational goals through effective people management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Manage employee relations and labor relations
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Lead performance management initiatives
• Develop and deliver training and organizational development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage HR analytics and reporting
• Oversee HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Conduct workforce planning

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience
• At least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
