Responsibilities

• Develop and implement human resources strategies that support organizational goals and enhance workforce performance.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates using advanced HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and compliance with onboarding standards.
• Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and feedback mechanisms to promote continuous improvement.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive change management initiatives by guiding organizational design, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
• Ensure adherence to employment & labor laws, HR legal compliance, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
• Utilize data analysis tools like Excel and HRIS platforms for data collection, reporting, and decision-making to optimize HR operations.
• Foster effective employee relations through conflict management, communication skills development, and confidential handling of sensitive information.
• Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills across teams while supporting HR department projects using project management best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Taleo, or ADP; proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel for data analysis is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, Dayforce), personnel administration, and HR sourcing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in organization design, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives like succession planning and affirmative action planning.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with conflict management abilities to foster positive employee relations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration.
• Relevant certifications in HR (such as SHRM or HRCI credentials) are preferred; familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever is a plus.

Pay: $83,588.58 - $100,665.81 per year
