Human Resources Manager

About the role

Managing overall HR functions both HRM & HRD for recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, ER activity and general administrative operation including Safety and Occupational Health Administration.

Key responsibilities

• Managing HR team by providing coaching and training as necessary in all aspects of the HR function
• Implement human resources strategies such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training and capacity development, performance management, employee relations and retention, to achieve organization goals
• Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Provide oversight and management of projects to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
• Apply knowledge of PMS (Performance Management System) and KPI to align company goals

About you

• Bachelor/Master's degree in human resource or related fields
• At least 10 – 15 years of experience in HR management level
• Strong Management skill
• Fluent in English written and speaking
• Good computer skill in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Able to work at Nakorn Pathom
• Experience in food and Beverage Manufacturing will be an advantage
