Human Resources Manager

HSO Japan is looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people strategy in Japan. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about building high-performing teams, partnering with leadership, and driving HR excellence in a global organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end HR operations in Japan, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, with possible regional role.
• Act as a strategic business partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and global HR requirements from Headquarters.
• Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in a competitive market
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and global standards
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and HR best practices
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on cross-border initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
• Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment and talent management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English

• 人事オペレーションの統括: 日本における採用、オンボーディング、パフォーマンス管理、労務管理など、人事全般をリード（将来的にリージョン全体の役割を担う可能性あり）
• 戦略的ビジネスパートナー: 経営陣のパートナーとして、人事施策をビジネス目標および本社のグローバル要件と整合させる
• タレントアクイジション: 競争の激しい市場において、優秀な人材を獲得するための採用戦略を推進
• 人事規定の策定・運用: 国内法規制およびグローバル基準に沿った人事ポリシーや手順の開発・実施
• 組織開発・エンゲージメント: 従業員のエンゲージメント向上、リテンション（離職防止）、組織開発イニシアチブの管理
• 報酬・福利厚生: 給与計算の調整、報酬体系、福利厚生の監督
• コンプライアンス: 日本の労働法および人事のベストプラクティスの遵守を徹底
• グローバル連携: クロスボーダーな施策において、リージョンおよびグローバルの人事チームと協力

応募資格 (What We’re Looking For)

• 実務経験: HRマネージャーまたはHRビジネスパートナー（HRBP）としての確かな実務経験
• 専門知識: 日本の労働法および人事慣行に関する深い知識
• 採用・育成: 採用およびタレントマネジメントの実務経験
• 対人能力: 優れたステークホルダー管理能力およびコミュニケーションスキル
• 適応力: スピード感のある国際的なビジネス環境で業務を遂行できる能力
• 語学力: 日本語ネイティブレベル、およびビジネスレベルの英語力（必須）
