Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dependable HR Manager to oversee the company's human resources functions and help build effective workplace policies, systems, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of employees
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters
• Handle employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and other employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and company policies
• Coordinate payroll-related information, employee benefits, and government-mandated contributions with the accounting or payroll team
• Monitor employee performance and recommend appropriate training, development, or corrective measures
• Manage resignations, terminations, clearances, and other offboarding procedures
• Assist management in manpower planning, organizational development, and staffing requirements
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate and confidential personnel records

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters professionally
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
