Human Resources Manager

Ensure the daily administrative management of staff. Monitor contracts, addenda, renewals, and trial periods. Ensure follow-up of absences, leave, and staff movements. Update individual files. Prepare necessary elements for payroll. Develop various HR reports and dashboards. Participate in recruitment and integration operations. Ensure follow-up of training actions. Prepare administrative HR documents and correspondence. Ensure filing and archiving of documents. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• University degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 02-03 years of professional experience in human resources management.
• Good knowledge of Algerian labor law, particularly Law 90-11.
• Mastery of administrative personnel management procedures.
• Mastery of monitoring employment contracts (fixed-term/permanent), renewals, and trial periods.
• Good mastery of monitoring leave, absences, delays, and staff movements.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring individual staff files.
• Knowledge of variable payroll and remuneration elements.
• Proficiency in IT tools: Word, Excel, and professional email.
• Good ability to develop dashboards and HR monitoring reports.
• Mastery of writing correspondence, decisions, memos, and administrative documents.
• Ability to ensure filing and archiving of HR documents.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and respect for deadlines.
• Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of staff information.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Availability and adaptability.
• Experience in a public institution or large company would be an asset.
• Knowledge of HR/payroll management software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of procedures related to training, recruitment, and strategic workforce planning (GPEC) would be appreciated.
