Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective HR sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes.
• Lead employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and understand organizational policies.
• Manage performance evaluation processes, including employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans to foster continuous development.
• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements such as FMLA, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning.
• Drive change management initiatives by leading organizational design projects, succession planning efforts, and workforce management strategies aligned with strategic planning goals.
• Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, payroll processing, and HR analytics using Excel data analysis techniques.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while managing conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legal compliance standards and implementing necessary policies.
• Support training & development programs to enhance skills across teams while managing HR projects that improve operational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced organizational setting with a strong understanding of HR department functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management practices including talent management, organization design, and workforce planning.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as UltiPro, Lever, Dayforce or similar platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel for data analysis is essential.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management areas such as FMLA, workers' compensation, affirmative action planning, and regulatory compliance is required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior experience handling confidential information with integrity while managing personnel administration tasks efficiently.
