- พัฒนากลยุทธ์ นโยบาย และขั้นตอนด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของโรงแรม
- ดูแลการสรรหา คัดเลือก และการปฐมนิเทศ เพื่อดึงดูดและรักษาบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงาน แก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ อย่างมืออาชีพ
- วางแผนและติดตามการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาพนักงานเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะและโอกาสก้าวหน้า
- กำกับดูแลการจ่ายค่าจ้างและผลตอบแทนร่วมกับฝ่ายบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายแรงงานและมาตรฐานโรงแรม
- ส่งเสริมโครงการสร้างความผูกพันและบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดี
- จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน HR เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
