Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be the central figure in our organization's human resources department. Your role is to lead and manage HR operations, ensuring a high-performing, motivated, and engaged workforce. You will oversee various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and development, contributing to the company's success through effective people management and lead by example.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
