The Human Resources Manager oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, staff welfare, payroll coordination, and labour compliance. The role ensures a skilled, motivated, and productive workforce that supports Bernol Services’ FMCG operations and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Support payroll and other employee-related processes.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Provide HR support and advice to management and employees.

Requirements:
