Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for both frontline and office roles, using modern sourcing channels, screening methods, and structured interview processes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support HR initiatives and talent programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Manage payroll operations, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, tax filing, and leave administration with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations and internal HR policies to support accurate and audit-ready records.

Employee Engagement:

• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, employee programs, and continuous improvement based on feedback and data-driven insights.
• Monitor engagement trends and support targeted initiatives to enhance retention and employee satisfaction.

HR Digitalization & AI:

• Assist in HR digital transformation by improving existing processes and supporting the implementation of HR systems/tools; leverage AI and automation to enhance workflow efficiency, data reporting, and HR operational performance.
• Establish and maintain responsible AI usage practices in HR operations, including data privacy, fairness, transparency, and appropriate governance to minimize bias and ensure ethical use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 8 years or above experience in human resources field;
• Experience in sizable company is preferred;
• Familiarity with HR digital platforms and basic AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted policy communication, labour law explanation, analytics dashboards) is an advantage;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
