Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation efforts.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through effective HR sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Manage employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and skills.
• Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA and OSHA regulations.
• Drive HR projects utilizing project management principles to improve HR systems (including HRIS like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors) and streamline personnel administration.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance management by staying current with employment law changes and implementing necessary policies.
• Utilize data analysis tools like Excel for HR data collection, reporting, and decision-making insights to support strategic planning efforts.
• Support HR legal compliance through contracts review, documentation accuracy, and adherence to confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment & labor law in diverse settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent management, benefits administration, and workforce management strategies.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or similar platforms; experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements including OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
• Ability to analyze data using Excel or similar tools for reporting purposes; experience with payroll processing software like ADP or Paychex is advantageous.
• Organizational design expertise coupled with strategic planning capabilities to align HR practices with business objectives.
• A proactive attitude with the energy to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.

Pay: $89,904.14 - $104,185.63 per year
