Duties

• Develop and implement human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize workforce productivity and engagement.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee orientation, evaluation, training & development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
• Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, and workers' compensation programs ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
• Drive change management projects, organization design, and succession planning to support scalable growth.
• Administer HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for efficient data collection and reporting.
• Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management, fostering a positive work environment built on trust and open communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, performance management, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in HR systems including Microsoft Office (Excel data analysis), Oracle HCM, Kenexa BrassRing, and other HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, affirmative action planning, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), personnel administration, and regulatory compliance management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively manage employee relations.
• Strong project management skills with experience in training & development programs and HR legal compliance.
• Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes using Excel data analysis tools; experience with data collection and reporting is preferred.

Pay: $57.30 - $62.03 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 60.0 per week
