Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources operations, align HR strategies with business goals, and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on operational approach, leading key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Strategic HR Management

• Execute HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Partner with management to address HR-related business challenges.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Communication & Branding Team to build up employer branding.
• Implement onboarding strategies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
• Mediate and resolve employee disputes and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR-related risks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Monitor internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Liaise with vendors or brokers for benefits and perks.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
• Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate regular HR reports and analytics for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and talent management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Proficient in HRIS
