Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact person for Thailand local teams, responsible for daily communication, demand collection, problem coordination, and information synchronization between local teams and headquarters.
• Independently handle full-cycle local recruitment in Thailand, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer follow-up, onboarding coordination, and local talent reserve management to meet the team’s staffing demands.
• Responsible for daily employee on and off boarding process, local attendance data verification, HR administrative document sorting, and regular work reporting and progress synchronization with global headquarters.
• Assist in managing local employee relations, basic HR process implementation, local policy adaptation, and coordinate daily HR administrative affairs to ensure standardized and orderly local team operation.

Requirements:

• Language: Chinese is a Must, fluent in Thai
• Strong on-site execution & coordination skills, structured work style, good at multi-task management and closed-loop follow-up of liaison & recruitment work
• High sensitivity to local Thailand talent market, proficient in local recruitment channels and local team communication logic
• Great cross-cultural communication awareness, able to efficiently align demands between local teams and headquarters
• Rigorous, responsible, stable working attitude, capable of independently undertaking full-cycle local HR and docking work
