HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding & retention of Security Officers, Supervisors & Operations personnel
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling & performance management
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Employment Act requirements, PDPA & company policies
• Administer payroll-related HR processes, leave management, attendance records & employee benefits
• Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs & best practices
• Support manpower planning & deployment requirements in collaboration with Operations teams
• Manage training, licensing & certification requirements for security personnel
• Handle work pass administration, employee documentation & HR audits
• Drive employee engagement initiatives & promote a positive workplace culture

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the security, facilities management, manpower or service industry
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations & HR best practices
• Experience handling employee disciplinary cases & investigations
• Good interpersonal, communication & conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
