Work Location: Clark, Pampanga (Strictly Onsite)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be willing to work overtime when needed)

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: ₱60,000 and above

Negotiability: Highly negotiable depending on your skills, leadership background, and professional experience

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full cycle of HR operations (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits).

Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and company policies.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.

Job Requirements FEMALE Preferred

Industry Background: Must have solid, extensive HR leadership experience strictly within the Manufacturing industry.

Work Stability: Minimum of 10 years of continuous tenure within a single company in the Philippines.

Core Expertise: Mastery of end-to-end HR operations, deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, employee relations, and hands-on payroll coordination.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines from top-tier universities.
