Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for leading one or more Human Resources functions and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services that support business objectives. The role oversees daily HR operations, develops team capability, partners with business leaders on people-related matters, and drives initiatives that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.

The HR Manager provides leadership to the HR team, ensures consistent implementation of HR policies and programs, and works closely with stakeholders to address workforce needs while supporting organizational growth and business success.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience supporting business leaders and managing HR operations.

• Experience in the IT, BPO, or professional services industry is an advantage.

• Must be amenable to work onsite in Ortigas area (regular morning shift)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Operations & Service Delivery

• Lead the day-to-day operations of assigned HR functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of HR services.
• Monitor service levels and identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
• Review HR metrics and recommend actions to improve operational performance.

Business Partnership

• Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements and provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and workforce planning.
• Support managers in resolving complex employee concerns while ensuring consistency and compliance.

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop HR team members.
• Set performance expectations and monitor team performance.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide regular coaching, and support career development.
• Build a high-performing HR team that delivers quality service to internal stakeholders.

HR Programs & Projects

• Lead the implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and continuous improvement projects.
• Drive process standardization and operational excellence across assigned HR functions.
• Participate in organizational initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity, and workforce capability.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide trusted HR advice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR programs.
• Address stakeholder concerns promptly while balancing business and employee needs.

Reporting & Analytics

• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Monitor HR KPIs and ensure achievement of operational objectives.
