Header: Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent using advanced HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro.
• Develop and implement comprehensive employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration and engagement from day one.
• Manage performance appraisal systems, employee evaluation procedures, and succession planning initiatives to support career development and organizational growth.
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims to ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory standards.
• Drive change management projects by designing organization structures, facilitating workforce management strategies, and supporting culture transformation efforts.
• Ensure HR legal compliance by staying current with employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, affirmative action planning, and other relevant policies.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Utilize data analysis tools like Excel for HR metrics tracking, reporting on HRIS data collection, and supporting strategic decision-making through insights derived from HR systems such as iCIMS or Kenexa BrassRing.

Header: Experience

• Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in HR department functions including recruiting, personnel administration, and benefits administration.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law in talent management, labor relations, and HR legal compliance practices.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors for data entry, reporting, and personnel management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives related to organization design, training & development programs, and affirmative action planning.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective employee engagement, training delivery, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with payroll processing procedures and the handling of confidential information with integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Excel for workforce planning and performance management insights.
