Job Summary

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday.
• Lead employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization, fostering engagement from day one.
• Manage employee evaluation processes by designing performance management systems that promote continuous feedback and development.
• Oversee benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other employee benefits to support workforce well-being.
• Implement change management initiatives to facilitate organizational restructuring, culture shifts, or policy updates with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, HR legal standards, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
• Coordinate training & development programs aimed at enhancing skills in areas such as HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and personnel administration.

Skills

• Extensive experience in human capital management, workforce management, and strategic planning to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Proven ability in project management, organization design, succession planning, and performance management systems.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, regulatory compliance management, and HR legal standards across diverse jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with HR technology platforms such as Workday, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Ceridian, Lever, or similar systems; advanced skills in Excel data analysis are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and training delivery.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools like ATS platforms (iCIMS, Taleo), social media management for talent sourcing purposes, and data collection techniques for HR analytics.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism across all interactions.
• Experience in administering personnel policies related to contracts, benefits programs, payroll processing (Paychex or equivalent), and OSHA compliance procedures.

Pay: $71,455.05 - $86,053.40 per year
