Human Resources Manager

A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees the daily operations of the HR department and aligns people operations with company business goals.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the full hiring process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and support a positive company culture.
• Compliance: Ensure all company policies follow local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll structures, salary benchmarking, and employee benefit programs.
• Performance Management: Oversee employee evaluation systems, goal setting, and professional development training.
• Data & Strategy: Track HR metrics (like employee retention) to advise upper management on workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR roles.
• Hard Skills: Deep knowledge of labor laws, experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), and data reporting.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and leadership abilities.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
