Human Resources Manager

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management.
• Oversee employee orientation programs, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and growth.
• Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
• Lead HR sourcing efforts using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Kenexa BrassRing or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top talent efficiently.
• Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM or Ceridian for accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis using Excel data analysis tools.
• Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management techniques while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Drive strategic planning activities including organization design, affirmative action planning, and compliance management to foster an inclusive workplace.

Experience

• Proven experience in HR department leadership with a strong background in human capital management and change management.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, personnel administration, benefits administration, and payroll processing using systems like Paychex or Kronos.
• Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience utilizing HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for efficient human resources operations.

Pay: $26,198.00 - $33,727.00 per year
