Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
• Oversee all aspects of human capital management, including employee orientation, performance management, employee evaluation, and training & development programs.
• Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA regulations, and HR legal standards.
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Administer HR sourcing efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever to attract top talent efficiently.
• Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure regulatory compliance management across all HR functions while maintaining accurate personnel administration records.
• Facilitate training sessions on employment law in talent management, workplace safety (OSHA), and other relevant topics to promote a compliant work environment.
• Support benefits administration including workers' compensation claims processing and benefits enrollment procedures.

Skills

• Extensive experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance.
• Proven ability in project management with skills in strategic planning, organization design, and workforce management initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Dayforce, Paychex, Kronos, or similar platforms; familiarity with ATS like Taleo or iCIMS is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively while fostering positive employee relations.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel data analysis and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Adept at recruiting using social media management tools and HR sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
• Skilled in conflict management and negotiation to resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Experience with administrative tasks such as contracts review, data entry, personnel administration, and benefits documentation.
• Knowledge of payroll processing systems like ADP or Paylocity ensures accurate compensation administration.

Pay: $56,356.53 - $67,870.23 per year
