What they need
Role: Human Resources Manager
Location: Victoria Island
Budget: 600,000 - 1,000,000 Naira / month
Requirements
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role
- Track record in service-led, corporate settings such as healthcare or hospitality. No manufacturing or blue-collar backgrounds
- Significant experience using ZOHO HRIS (If involved with the roll out, setup, configuration and staff training)
- Experience working with remote, hybrid and onsite teams under one standard of accountability
- Prior employment history in Lagos-Island based firms.
Accountability
Owns workforce productivity and the cost-revenue ratio. Payroll is our biggest cost line, so the successful candidate must flag underperformance or cost creep early and drive the fix.
First 90 days
- ZOHO live, with all staff trained
- Full audit of HR gaps, with core policies in place
- Earns the trust of a fast-paced clinical leadership team that sets a high bar
Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
