Human Resources Manager

About the Role

EBTRON is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Loris, SC.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day HR function across our Loris headquarters and sister operations in Rock Hill, SC and Garner, NC. You will support employees and managers in both office and manufacturing settings, handling everything from hiring and onboarding to benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

This is not a policy-only or back-office position. You will be on the floor, in the office, and involved in the real questions employees and managers bring to HR every day.

The position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, brings structure and consistency to how things get done, and wants to be the go-to HR resource for a growing company.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruiting process, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and employee relations issues.
• Advise managers on performance management, discipline, and documentation.
• Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment, carrier relationships, and employee questions.
• Coordinate with payroll and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Develop, update, and communicate written policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (SC and NC), including I-9 and E-Verify, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Support the quarterly merit-based bonus program and the annual review process.
• Lead employee training, engagement, and recognition efforts.
• Manage offboarding, including exit interviews and final documentation.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, compensation, and organizational growth.
• Build trust and strong working relationships with employees at every level.

What We're Looking For

We are open to candidates coming from either an HR or business education background or substantial HR experience.

Candidates should have either:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

OR

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR generalist, HR lead, or HR manager.

Experience in a manufacturing environment, multi-site organization, or small to mid-sized company is preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus but not required.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, handles sensitive matters with discretion, stays organized, and can work independently while keeping leadership informed.

Travel

This position is primarily office-based in Loris, SC.

Occasional travel to our Rock Hill, SC and Garner, NC locations will be needed to support employees and managers at those sites.
