Human Resources Manager

Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and drive the company’s human resources functions. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, compliance, and retention, while serving as a key link between management and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and exit.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate employee training, development, performance management, and appraisals.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare relevant HR reports.
• Advise management on workforce planning, employee matters, and HR-related decisions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies and practices
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
