Human Resources Manager

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
• Monitor employee engagement, discipline, and workplace culture.
• Work closely with management on manpower planning, retention, and overall HR strategy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
