Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective recruiting channels and HR sourcing techniques.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including employee orientation programs, to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Manage employee evaluation systems and performance management processes to promote continuous development and recognition.
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring, policy updates, or strategic shifts with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, HR legal compliance, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, and affirmative action planning.
• Utilize HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic planning.
• Facilitate training & development sessions aimed at enhancing workforce skills and supporting succession planning efforts.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively.
• Maintain accurate personnel administration records and ensure data entry accuracy across all HR platforms like Oracle HCM or UltiPro.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of employment & labor law.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management, project management, organization design, and workforce management strategies.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Kronos, ADP, or Paychex; proficiency in Excel data analysis is highly desirable.
• Strong background in benefits administration, payroll processing, employee evaluation systems, and personnel administration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training sessions, conduct interviews using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Lever, and manage employee relations effectively.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance management including OSHA standards and affirmative action planning is preferred.
• Prior experience working within an HR department that handles confidential information with integrity is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
