Human Resources Manager

About the role

You will oversee all HR functions across the company and our managed villa portfolio — from recruitment and employment contracts to payroll, compliance, and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard staff across all departments and villa properties
• Prepare and manage employment contracts (PKWT & PKWTT) in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law
• Oversee monthly payroll, BPJS registration, PPh 21, and THR
• Manage performance appraisals, disciplinary processes (SP-1/2/3), and staff development
• Maintain complete and accurate HR records for all employees
• Liaise with villa owners on staffing matters and HR compliance
• Develop and standardize HR policies and job descriptions across the portfolio

About you

• Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or villa management
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, and PPh 21
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia — written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicating at all levels
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
