We Are Hiring – HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Lucknow
Experience: 3–5 Years
Freshers with strong HR knowledge can also apply

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding process handle करना
• Attendance, payroll & employee records maintain करना
• HR policies & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC etc.) manage करना
• Employee engagement & training programs organize करना
• Employee grievances handle करना & performance management

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• HR operations & MS Office / HRMS software का knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
