Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires efficiently.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new team members integrate smoothly into the organization.
• Manage performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment law and regulatory compliance management standards across all organizational levels.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational design projects to optimize workforce structure and effectiveness.
• Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while managing conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure HR legal compliance by staying current with employment & labor law updates and implementing necessary policy adjustments.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, payroll processing, and personnel administration.
• Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing skills, leadership capabilities, and succession planning efforts.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel or other HR analytics tools to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced organizational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, and project management principles.
• Strong background in recruiting strategies using ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or Lever.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law in talent management, affirmative action planning, OSHA regulations, and HR legal compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration, payroll processing systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro, and HRIS platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly while engaging effectively with diverse teams.
• Prior experience in employee relations, conflict management, training & development initiatives, and organizational design projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data entry accuracy and Excel data analysis techniques to support strategic HR functions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
