Human Resources Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support our growing U.S. organization. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations and compliance, performance management, and general HR administration.

A key priority of this position is to identify and recruit strong commercial, professional, and management talent.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead recruitment for key commercial, professional, and management positions, including proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.

· Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, employee records, and employee relations.

· Ensure HR practices comply with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment requirements.

· Coordinate employee performance management and work with department heads to establish clear responsibilities and performance expectations.

· Oversee essential HR and office administrative matters.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience.

· Experience independently managing HR responsibilities.

· Strong recruiting and direct-sourcing capabilities.

· Solid knowledge of U.S. HR practices, employee benefits, employee relations, and employment compliance.

· Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, scientific products, or related B2B industries is preferred.

· Strong judgment, ownership, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
