The successful candidate will help build robust people systems and practices as CIF moves towards more structured organisational growth.
What we’re looking for:
Postgraduate qualification in HR / MBA-HR
10+ years of HR experience
Minimum 3 years in a senior managerial role
Experience managing a diverse, multi-departmental workforce
Strong knowledge of labour laws
Ability to work comfortably within a spiritual organisation rooted in Indian knowledge traditions

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
