Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all human resources functions to support the company's business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process to ensure timely and effective workforce planning.
• Oversee compensation, payroll, employee benefits, and performance management systems.
• Develop and implement training and employee development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and relevant government requirements.
• Monitor manpower planning, headcount, labor costs, and HR performance indicators.
• Lead and develop the HR team to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee retention.
• Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and HR information systems.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements relevant to HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, labor relations, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
• Experience in recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, and employee development.
• Knowledge of HR systems, HR metrics, and organizational development.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, make decisions, and work effectively under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with management and employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be an advantage.

Working Days & Hours

• Monday – Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
