Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support workforce and organizational needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Drive recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Support organizational effectiveness and people strategy implementation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
• Strong background in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
