Human Resources Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Leadership

• Lead the HR function and develop people strategies that support the company’s growth and new branch openings.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Lead manpower planning, organizational structure, and headcount budgeting in line with expansion plans.
• Maintain the salary grade structure, job descriptions, and HR KPIs, and report regularly to the General Manager.

Payroll, Compliance & HR Administration

• Oversee monthly attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives/bonuses, and approve payroll inputs before submission to Finance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and Emiratisation requirements.
• Coordinate with the PRO team on visas, labour contracts, work permits, and labour quota requirements.
• Ensure accurate employee records, HR documentation, leave balances, and HRMS data.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead recruitment strategy and end-to-end hiring for café, kitchen, operations, and support roles, including staffing for new openings.
• Build sourcing channels and talent pipelines to meet seasonal and expansion manpower needs.
• Oversee orientation, onboarding, and probation evaluations.

Learning & Development

• Design and lead training programs across all branches, including customer service standards for frontline employees.
• Ensure ADAFSA / Dubai Municipality food safety training and certifications are planned, completed, and kept up to date.
• Identify training needs with Operations and department managers and arrange refresher training.

Performance & Career Growth

• Lead the performance evaluation cycle and individual development plans.
• Identify high-potential employees for promotion readiness, internal career progression, and succession planning.
• Oversee Performance Improvement Plans and monitor employee progress after training and evaluations.

Employee Relations

• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Work closely with Operations and branch managers on employee performance and manpower requirements.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and professional standards across all locations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years in an HR management role.
• F&B, hospitality, restaurant, café, or multi-branch operations experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, payroll, and attendance and leave management.
• Proven track record of building training and talent development programs.
• Knowledge of ADAFSA / Dubai Municipality food safety training requirements is an advantage.
• Experience with HRMS/attendance systems (Connect HR is a plus) and strong Microsoft Excel/reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
