Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive / HR Officer to manage HR operations across our multiple automotive branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave, salary processing, and employee records.
• Manage employee appraisals, salary reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Handle visa, insurance, PRO coordination, and HR documentation.
• Monitor sales team targets and monthly performance.
• Coordinate daily sales meetings and monthly performance meetings.
• Conduct monthly visits to all branches and follow up on HR matters.
• Monitor CCTV systems across branches for HR/administrative requirements.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and support management with HR-related matters.

Requirements

• UAE HR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Experience in attendance, salary processing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
