Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, training and development;
• Lead a team to provide HR hiring and advisory services to various business units to optimize workforce planning, cost control in recruitment and retention in Hong Kong, China and other overseas countries;
• Assist in formulating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures to algin with legal requirements and group policies;
• Promote and reinforce the company's corporate culture through design & implementation of employee activities and sustainability initiatives;
• Liaise with business units to formulate and implement training and people development programs;
• Provide guidance and coaching to the team for results and facilitating people growth;
• Other ad hoc project assigned including ISO, internal and external audit, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Human Resources Management /Business Administration or above;
• 8 years and above HR relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role;
• Previous experience in MNC / sizeable Chinese enterprise preferred;
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law and related regulations in Hong Kong;
• Understanding of HR practices, labor rules and regulations in China is an advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
