Location: Sunrise, FL

Salary: $95,000–$125,000, depending on experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the company’s administrative HR operations. This is a purely administrative position; plumbing or construction experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee paperwork, personnel files, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Administer healthcare, 401(k), insurance, PTO, and other employee benefits.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Develop hiring outreach through LinkedIn, local schools, workforce programs, and relocation networks.
• Improve HR processes involving hiring, terminations, promotions, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Create tracking systems and audits to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee training, certifications, and development.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Advise leadership on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employee relations, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR or payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred but not required.
