Human Resources Manager

An established organisation is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to oversee its HR function and provide professional support and guidance to both management and employees.

The role will involve managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, HR administration and employee engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will also support succession planning and internal movements, oversee HR policies and procedures, assist with payroll preparation and advise management on disciplinary, organisational and employment-related matters.

Applicants should hold a degree related to Human Resource Management and have at least five years of relevant HR experience, together with excellent communication skills in English and Maltese. Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR practices is essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. The ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality is essential.
