Human Resources Manager

Mazari Group is a growing luxury hospitality and property development company based in Bali, with businesses spanning villa operations, property development, design and construction.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR across the Group and help build a professional, consistent and scalable people function as Mazari continues to grow.

This is a hands-on leadership role covering both hospitality operations and corporate/property teams .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across Mazari Group
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and people processes
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and workforce deployment
• Oversee contracts, probation, promotions, transfers, disciplinary processes and exits
• Lead performance management, KPI reviews and employee development
• Support Department Heads with employee relations and people-management issues
• Drive employee engagement, retention, recognition and welfare initiatives
• Ensure accurate HR records, reporting and compliance
• Manage compensation, benefits, attendance, leave and service-charge administration with Finance
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations
• Support succession planning, organisational design and future workforce needs
• Lead and develop the HR team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management or related field
• 5–7+ years of HR experience , including HR Manager or senior HR responsibility
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts or multi-site operations strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations
• Solid experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations
• Able to build systems and processes, not just administer existing ones
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Highly organised, practical and commercially minded
• Strong integrity, discretion and professionalism
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
