Human Resources Manager

Foster positive employee relations and ensure constructive dialogue with employee representatives. Oversee personnel administration and guarantee compliance of HR practices with legislation. Manage recruitment, onboarding, skills development, and career management. Support managers with HR issues and organizational changes. Develop and optimize HR processes, performance indicators, and digitalization projects. Contribute to employee retention and promote a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law (required), with a specialization in social law, labor law, or human resources management being an asset. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in an industrial environment. Experience in the agri-food sector is a plus. Skills: Mastery of Algerian labor law and social relations. Strong knowledge of personnel administration, recruitment, and skills management. Mastery of change management and HR indicators. Leadership, active listening, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Rigor, discretion, analytical mind, and a solutions-oriented approach.
