Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will lead all HR functions to align with organizational goals, build strong employee relations, and support business operations through effective HR strategies. This role involves talent acquisition, performance management, policy implementation, training, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters)
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs

Employee Relations

• Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
• Promote a positive work environment

Performance Management

• Implement performance appraisal systems
• Support managers in goal setting and performance tracking
• Recommend performance improvement plans

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
• Support skill enhancement, leadership development, and compliance training
• Measure training effectiveness

HR Policy & Compliance

• Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company regulations
• Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
• Support salary reviews and reward planning

HR Metrics & Reporting

• Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and HRIS data
• Prepare HR reports (attrition, recruitment stats, compliance)

Culture & Engagement

• Drive employee engagement events
• Promote a culture of safety, respect, integrity, and performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
