The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, strengthen employee engagement, and develop people strategies that support business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing key HR functions, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive workplace.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy and Operations: Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee retention strategies.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to support employee satisfaction and market competitiveness.
• Labor Relations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
• Employee Engagement and Relations: Address employee concerns, promote positive employee relations, and strengthen workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Lead performance management programs and support employee productivity and development.
• Learning and Development: Implement training, coaching, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with management on HR strategies while guiding and mentoring HR team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of Human Resource Management experience in the manufacturing, retail, or service industry.
• Proven experience implementing HR programs involving employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and managing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced business environment.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and committed to professionalism, integrity, and employee development.
• Willingness to work in Cebu City .
