Job Title：Human Resource Manager

Location: Bucharest

Position Overview

Responsible for local HR management at the Romania R&D center and factory, ensuring the local team is built and HR operations are carried out in a lawful and efficient manner. Responsible for successfully implementing the headquarters' culture, processes, and policies in Romania, and supporting the achievement of business objectives for both the technology center and the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily local HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave management, labor relations, and compensation & benefits, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies
• Develop and implement annual recruitment plans, maintain local recruitment channels, ensure key positions are filled in a timely manner, and build and maintain the employer brand
• Develop and implement annual training plans, design and coordinate training delivery based on business needs, and build an internal trainer team and training system
• Establish employee development paths and talent cultivation systems based on business needs, continuously improving employee experience and satisfaction
• Establish and improve local HR policies and systems
• Maintain labor relations and handle employee relations (ER) matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Law, or related fields
• Experience in overseas HR management; familiarity with Romanian local employment regulations preferred
• English as a working language; proficiency in Romanian and/or Chinese preferred
• Experience in 0-to-1 setup preferred
