Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support the growth and daily management of our local team in Tashkent. This role will be responsible for recruitment delivery, attendance management, payroll calculation support, KPI/performance management, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Management

• Understand business hiring needs and support the full-cycle recruitment process.

• Manage job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer communication, and onboarding follow-up.

• Develop and maintain local recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements based on business priorities.

2. HR Operations & Employee Management Support

• Handle daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, probation follow-up, transfer, resignation, and exit procedures.

• Support management in handling HR-related matters within the team.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.

• Identify potential employee relations risks and provide timely feedback to management.

3. Attendance and Payroll Support

• Track and manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, lateness, and other attendance-related records.

• Prepare monthly attendance summaries and payroll-related data.

• Support salary calculation and coordinate with Finance or external payroll/service providers when needed.

• Ensure payroll data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

4. KPI and Performance Management

• Assist business leaders in setting up KPI and performance evaluation standards.

• Follow up on the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

• Collect, organize, and summarize performance results.

• Support managers in performance feedback, employee motivation, and improvement plans.

5. HR Policy and Compliance

• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and management standards.

• Ensure HR practices related to attendance, payroll, recruitment, and employee management comply with company requirements and local regulations.

• Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR working experience, with hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, payroll support, and performance/KPI management.

• Experience in financial services, sales, outsourcing, internet, or fast-growing companies is preferred.

• Familiar with the local labor market and employment practices in Uzbekistan.

• Good communication, coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and support business teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Language requirements:

• Fluent Russian is required.

• Good English communication skills are required.

• Uzbek language ability is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with stable HR experience and strong local team management support capability are preferred.

• Experience in building HR processes or supporting a team from an early-stage setup is a plus.

• Strong understanding of local recruitment channels and candidate resources.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural business environment.
