THE ROLE

We’re searching for a dynamic, commercially minded and people-obsessed HR Manager who knows that creating an exceptional guest experience starts with creating an exceptional employee experience.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations and Chief People Officer, you’ll take ownership of the people agenda at Sexy Fish Dubai, leading and developing an HR Executive while working closely with the restaurant’s leadership team.

This isn’t an HR role that sits behind a desk. We want someone who thrives on the restaurant floor, understands the pace of luxury hospitality and knows how to balance operational excellence with genuine care for people.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Driving a people-first culture where talent feels valued, inspired and empowered to succeed.

* Partnering with senior leadership to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR strategy.

* Leading employee engagement, retention, performance management and talent development initiatives.

* Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career progression.

* Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing, engaged teams.

* Ensuring HR policies, processes and practices align with UAE employment legislation and company standards.

* Managing employee relations with confidence, professionalism and discretion.

* Mentoring and developing the HR Executive, creating a strong and efficient HR function.

* Championing our culture, values and commitment to internal progression.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re confident, charismatic and solutions-focused. You know how to build relationships at every level, influence senior stakeholders and bring energy into everything you do.

You’ll bring:

* Proven HR management experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or lifestyle brands.

* Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and local HR practices.

* Experience supporting fast-paced, multicultural teams.

* A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for people and hospitality.

* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

* The confidence to challenge, influence and make things happen.
